Each member of our executive staff brings with them a long and successful track record in the insurance industry. WMA’s management team is a geographically diverse group with prior experience in companies headquartered in the United States, Dominican Republic, Panama, and elsewhere in the region. This diversity gives our team a unique perspective in dealing with clients throughout Latin America.   The WMA staff has a wealth of experience in fields of sales, administrative and corporate operations. This combination of work experience allows us to visualize and anticipate the needs of our selected group of clients, to understand their demands and expectations, and to be able to serve them with the quality and responsiveness they deserve and expect.
	C. Zanoni Selig President Born in New York in 1961, Mr. Selig is an Economist, graduated with honors. He has directed leading insurance companies in Latin America, and is acknowledged in the industry to be a visionary executive. Mr. Selig is the creator of a number of innovative insurance marketing systems which have had great success in several markets in the region.
	Juan Carlos Martinelli R. CEO   Born in Panama, Business Administrator, MBA specialized on Marketing and Finance. Honor Roll Graduate, member of the Gama Sigma Delta Honor Society. He has run market leading insurance agencies in Panama, which has allowed him to gain twelve years experience in the business, thus leading him to important positions such as Sales and Marketing Manager and Vice President of the Personal Insurance branch.
	Betty de Cyjon Commercial VP Born in Peru. Studies in Phycology at the Pontificia Universidad Católica of Peru, Post Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Senior Management with an emphasis in Marketing from the Universidad Interamericana of Panama, in addition to numerous courses and seminars on Insurance, Management Techniques, Strategy, Investment and Profitability, Coaching Management, among others. Her work experience in the insurance industry comes to about 12 years in Panama. Some of the important executive position she has held are: Production Manager of Agency, Deputy Manager and Manager of Life, Training Manager and Marketing Manager.
	Yadira Sierra Management and Finance Director  Panamanian born professional with 20 years of experience specifically in accounting and insurance controlling. In addition to her Accounting degree from the Universidad de Panama in 1994, she has an extensive repertoire of continuing insurance education credits, both technical and operational.
