Director's Council
The Directors Council is formed by the following members:
	C. Zanoni Selig President Born in New York in 1961, Mr. Selig is an Economist, graduated with honors. Prior to founding Worldwide Medical Assurance Mr. Selig directed leading insurance companies in Latin America
	Juan Enrique Alvarez Vice President Born in Puerto Rico, Mr. Alvarez is an Economist with a degree in Economics from Tufts University, and an MBA from the University of Texas. He is co-founder of Indescorp, a financial business consulting firm.
	Luis Molina Achécar Secretary Mr. Molina is President of the BHD Financial Center, the BHD bank, and President of the Directors Council of MAPFRE BHD. He is a civil engineer with an MBA from Babson College. Mr. Molina has more than 30 years experience in the areas of finance and real estate.
	José Luis Alonso Lavin Treasurer Mr. Alonso is a well recognized bank executive who worked for more than 20 years at the Royal Bank of Canada in its branches in Toronto, Buenos Aires, Santo Domingo, and Caracas. He is VP of Corporate Banking for the BHD Bank. Mr. Alonso is an Economist with a degree in Economics from the University of Brock in St. Catherines, Ontario, and a Business Administration degree from the University of Western Ontario.
	Fernando Castro Director   Born in Bogota, Colombia, Mr. Castro worked as Vice President of Operations for the Bank of Colombia, and as Specialist in the Bank-Industry for the McKinsey & Company in Canada. He is presently Vice President of Planning and Marketing for the BHD Bank.
	Ignacio Méndez Director Mr. Méndez is an honors graduate with a degree in Business Administration. He is a business leader, President of the Federation of Industrial Associations, and past President of the Association of Industrial Enterprises of Herrera.
	Martín Chame Director Graduated as Actuary in Management from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina.  His work experience has been acquired in the fields of international consulting and financial holdings.  Currently he is second Vice-president at the Business Intelligence Unit.
	David Mizrachi Director Graduate of Tulane University Law School, graduated with honors in 1991.  Has developed his professional career in private firms as well as government entities.  Active member of Bnai Brith of Panama, the National College of Lawyers, the Panamanian Chamber of Commerce – Israel, among others.
